Nobody else could receive Christ for you.

John 1:12: But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name:

Nobody else could invite Christ into your heart.

Ephesians 3:17a: That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith;

Nobody else could give your life to Christ and the Gospel.

Mark 8:35: For whosoever will save his life shall lose it; but whosoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel*s, the same shall save it.

Nobody else could walk in the good works God has ordained for you.

Ephesians 2:10: For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

Nobody else could walk in the steps the Lord has ordered for you and nobody else could delight in them as you could. Nobody else could delight the Lord where He wants you to do that.

Psalms 37:23: The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way.

Isaiah 30:21: And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

Nobody else could follow Jesus for you.

John 10:27: My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:

Nobody else could earn the rewards God plans for you.

Matthew 25:23: His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

Nobody else could occupy the place in Heaven Christ has prepared for you.

John 14:2: In my Father*s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Nobody else could fit where the Lord wants to build you.

Ephesians 2:21: In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.

Nobody else could be the lively stone living where God wants you.

1 Peter 2:5: Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
